EMAILING PHOTOS . . . Send files to photolab@mpsphotography.com
When emailing pictures a MINIMUM of 1600 X 1200 pixels must be used.
This is for any 3 x 5 or 4 x 6 photo size and will produce an adequate quality photo.
Anything less will result in poorer quality images.
1. Each image that you are emailing to us must be in the quantity of one.
2. If you would like two of one image, you MUST rename that image.
. . (e.g. 1a, 1b. When this is done, it will mean that you will receive two copies, the same size and finish
. . of that one image. This is due to the fact that the computer renames images when it comes to us and
. . we will not know which images you would like multiple copies of.)
3. Please let us know which finish you would like – matte or glossy.
4. Indicate what size you would like your images: wallets, 3×5, 4×6, 5×7, 8×10, 8×12, 11×14, 12×18.
. . Each order must be all the same size. If you require different sizes even of the same image,
. . it must be sent in two different orders.
5. Your order will be finished in approximately one hour from the time that you receive email
. . confirmation of your order. This does not mean one hour from the time you email your order
. . to MPS. It is one hour, in most cases, from the time of email confirmation of the order from MPS.
. . (e.g. you email your order to us at 8:00 a.m., you receive email confirmation at 8:30 a.m., your
. . order will be ready at approximately 9:30 a.m.)
6. The information you will need to include to process your order is your name, address,
. . including zip code, and phone number. Also let us know if you are an MPS Photo Club member
. . to receive your discount. If stating you are a member, please remember to include your
. . membership number in order to receive the special club member pricing. If the membership
. . number is not included, regular pricing will be used. Once you are ready, please email your
. . order to photolab@mpsphotography.com .
7. Once we’ve received your order, we will email confirmation of your order to you and your
. . order will be ready in about an hour from the time of the email confirmation.
